runkarobar (“we”, “us”), a product of ZEEZTECH, provides billing, inventory and staff-management software for retailers. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and the choices you have. By using runkarobar you agree to this policy.

How we use your information

Face & location data

Face recognition and GPS are used only to verify staff clock-in against your shop's location, and only when you enable these features. They are not used for advertising or sold to anyone. You can turn these features off in your organisation settings.

How we store & protect data

Your data is stored securely in the cloud and backed up daily. We use industry-standard measures to protect it in transit and at rest. No method of storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information and limit access to it.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers who help us run runkarobar (for example, hosting and storage), under confidentiality obligations, or where required by law.

Data retention & deletion

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. You can export your data at any time. To request deletion of your account and associated data, contact us at runkarobar@gmail.com and we will process it within a reasonable period, subject to legal record-keeping requirements.
