How subscription cancellations and refunds work.

runkarobar, a product of ZEEZTECH, is a subscription software service. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for payments made to us through our payment gateway, Razorpay.

₹1 first-month trial

Every plan starts with a first month for just ₹1, giving you full access so you can decide if runkarobar is right for you. If it isn't, cancel any time before the month ends and you will not be charged the regular subscription fee. The ₹1 trial charge itself is non-refundable.

How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method through Razorpay. Once approved, refunds are typically initiated within 5–7 business days; the time for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or card issuer.

How to request a cancellation or refund

Email runkarobar@gmail.com from your registered email with your account/shop name and, for a refund, the payment reference and reason. We will respond within a reasonable period. You can also reach us via our contact page.

Products sold on merchants' online stores

If you purchased a product from a shop that runs its own online store on runkarobar, that sale is between you and that shop. Refunds for such orders are handled by the shop under its own policy, using the shop's own payment account — not by runkarobar.
