The terms that govern your use of runkarobar.

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) are an agreement between you (“you”, “the business”) and runkarobar, a product of ZEEZTECH (“we”, “us”). They govern your access to and use of the runkarobar website, web app and desktop app (together, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
runkarobar is software for Indian retail businesses that provides POS billing, inventory and stock management, staff and attendance (HR), finance reporting, and — on eligible plans — an optional online store. The exact features available to you depend on the plan you subscribe to.
There is no lock-in. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future renewals; your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. Refunds (if any) are handled per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
If your plan includes the online store, you are the seller of the products you list, and you are responsible for your listings, pricing, fulfilment and customer service. Where you accept online payments in your shop, you connect your own payment-gateway account; those funds are collected by you, not by us.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including: breaking the law; infringing others' rights; uploading harmful or unlawful content; attempting to disrupt, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the Service; or using it to send spam. We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms.
Your business data remains yours. We process it to provide the Service as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export your data at any time.
We work hard to keep the Service reliable and backed up daily, but it is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or loss of profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the three months before the claim.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or fail to pay. On termination you may export your data for a reasonable period, after which it may be deleted.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new “last updated” date; continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
